This is another prefab on a beautiful home designed by Marmol Radziner + Associates. Palm Residence is located in cramped urban areas in Venice, CA. The house looks inside, covered decks and room combining small pages, giving the structure a sense of privacy even though its location on the lot filling the room. The outside of the house is finished with cedar siding. A series of filtering techniques, including landscaping, fences, and louvered panels provide protection from the streets while retaining the open feel of the house.
